Household

On the account page, Household holds Just me or A couple, each person’s name, the year they were born, Retire at and Plan to age (life expectancy, 90 unless you set it). State sets stamp duty, land tax and first home buyer rules.

Settings

Settings at the top is the plan’s own page:

• Timeline: the plan starts this financial year and moves on by itself; choose how long it runs.
• Rates: inflation, wage growth, investment and super returns, property growth, cash and loan rates, and the estimates used for stamp duty and land tax. A card can set its own rate.
• Tax rules: on an Australian plan, the published tables, nothing to type; outside Australia, your own.
• Drawdown, Sharing and Start again.

Preferences

On the account page: your time zone, and the Colour theme. Clear is everyone’s; Mist, Sage, Dusk, Ink and Night are part of Plus. Printing is always Clear.
