Your first plan

A new account opens on quick setup: four questions about who is in the plan, what you earn and spend, and what you own and owe. Beside them, What we filled in for you lists every default Runway chose, such as growth rates and loan terms, so nothing is hidden.

You can also start from an example household to look around first, or use Ask Runway to describe your situation in your own words and have it filled into forms for you to check.

After setup a short tour points out the chart, the cards under it and the rules for spare cash. Skip it any time.

Changing it later

Everything setup filled in is on the plan screen, in the cards under the chart. Open a card to change it. Settings → Start again runs quick setup once more to replace the plan.

A plan is one or two people. Children and other dependants are expenses, not people in the plan.
